OUR COMMITMENT

PT Solusi Biomassa Nusantara is committed to sourcing and supplying biomass products from legal, sustainable, and responsibly managed sources. We maintain a transparent and traceable supply chain in accordance with the requirements of the Green Gold Label (GGL) certification scheme and relevant Japanese biomass sustainability requirements.

Our operations are managed in compliance with:

  • GGLS1 Chain of Custody Criteria

  • GGLS4 Transaction Certificate Requirements

  • GGL 1d Instruction Document for Supplying the Japanese FIT Market (Version 1.1)

Through this commitment, we ensure that all certified biomass products handled within our supply chain meet the highest standards of sustainability, traceability, legality, and transparency.

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to sourcing biomass products that are certified against internationally recognized sustainability standards and aligned with the responsible biomass procurement requirements established by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

By working closely with certified suppliers and partners, we support sustainable forest management, environmental protection, biodiversity conservation, and the responsible use of natural resources throughout our supply chain.

Social Responsibility

We are committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly while respecting internationally recognized human rights and labor standards. We do not engage in, tolerate, or knowingly benefit from any form of controversial business practice, including but not limited to:

  • Forced labor, bonded labor, prison labor, slavery, or human trafficking;

  • Child labor. The minimum age of employment shall not be lower than the age of completion of compulsory education and, in any event, not less than 15 years;

  • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, color, gender, language, religion, political opinion, social origin, nationality, age, disability, union membership, sexual orientation, family status, health condition, or any other protected characteristic;

  • Unsafe or unhealthy working conditions, including exposure to fire hazards, excessive noise, workplace accidents, or hazardous substances;

  • Bribery, corruption, fraud, or any other unethical business conduct.

We expect all suppliers, contractors, and business partners within our supply chain to uphold these same principles. Should any non-compliance be identified, We are committed to taking appropriate corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.

We strive to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors by implementing appropriate health and safety measures and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality Management and Continuous Improvement

We are committed to maintaining an effective management system that supports compliance with GGL certification requirements and promotes continual improvement. We ensure that:

  • Relevant personnel receive appropriate training and possess the competencies required to fulfill their responsibilities;

  • Adequate resources are allocated to support certification and compliance activities;

  • Internal audits are conducted regularly to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement;

  • Audit findings and performance results are reviewed by management, with corrective actions implemented where necessary.

Legality and Traceability

We are committed to sourcing only biomass materials that have been produced, processed, and traded in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their country of origin. We maintain traceability throughout our supply chain and support the sustainability requirements applicable to biomass used for power and heat generation in Japan.
